bigger drum brakes

Sorry for the off-topic question, but my friend is building a 1964 Dodge 
Dart station wagon for drag racing.  He wants to upgrade the 9" front 
drums to 10" front drums, either bolt pattern is fine.  What must he do? 
 I can't talk him into disc brakes.
