Re: Mufflers (was Cruise night fun)

Dynomax with the 3" TTI Max wedge exhaust here.
they drone a bit at the 2k rpm but not sure how much a contributor the 3" pipes might be (i expect a lot of it) the car had a regular 3" exhaust with flowmasters behind a 440 when i got it and it was MUCH louder than what i have now.

What's everybody running for mufflers? I need to get something else on
my Coronet. It has duals with some pretty huge mufflers on it. The
motor is stock now but not for long and I'd like some recommendations.
I'm a little leary of Flowmasters as I don't want to be mistaken for a
Mustang, but I want some somewhat aggressive...but not super deep. I
had a Gibson cat back dual setup on my 98 Dakota that was one of the
best sounding mufflers I've ever heard...great aggressive tone that
was decent @ cruising but REALLY start talking to you when you jumped
on it.

A local parts store sells some generic flowmasters for ~$30 each, but
I'm not sure if I want to go that way or not.
