Dave, If you are planning on a bigger carb I assume you are also going with a bigger 383. If not I would rebuild the 600 and put the bucks somewhere else. A 750 is to big for a stock 383. Example---i just put a 500 Eddy on the 354 Hemi in my 36 Dodge P/U and the thing runs like a scalded ape.
