you're right!  and they would already condemn me for having a 4 speed  
(instead of 3 speed) max combo in my '63.
i tell them i like shifting SO MUCH  I just had to add another gear.

So, to all about Carlisle.  Im heading down this coming thursday.   
Staying at the Hampton inn.  Of course lets meet as planned at the  
location at the show but hopefully some of you guys can stop over at  
the Hampton (very close ) and have and afterhours cocktail (or  
beverage of your choice)????  Thurs, frid or sat.  we will be the  
somewhat organized but spralled out group in the parking lot.  but  
stop by and mention the group (this one) and say hi!
