I took my '62 Dart to a local shop that professed to be able to do a front end alignment on it - they said they couldn't because most of the replaceable parts needed to be replaced. The mechanic showed me what he was talking about - most of the connections, bushings and such had quite a bit of play in them. My question is - having seen a number of different companies advertise replacement suspension parts, I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion or two as to what might be the best way to go. Mopar Muscle's back cover is always 'Just Suspension', and the inside back cover is always 'Performance Suspension Technology' ... polygraphite or rubber ... do I need to replace my torsion bars ... etc. I'm thinking that rubber will do me just fine but would like the group's opinion. I'd also like to consider improving my car's stance which I think would involve a new set of rear springs - any help with that wouuld be appreciated as well. Oh, and I told Muscle Motors today to go ahead and start the machine work on my 413 block. Stay tuned :-) Regards, Brian Safford '62 Dart 440 / Poly 318
