Wash state-tri cities to be exact. The seller's name is Chris Estrada. 
I've bought 2 cars from him and have known him for 7 years. I would have 
already bought this car if I didn't have some issues going on. Stand up 
guy and no threat of being a rip off. I saw this car in person and it 
worth the money- at least to me.
