I switched the front drums for discs on my 71 Bronco. I added a
Hydroboost booster that runs off the power steering pump. It really
works good and is smaller and cleaner than a vacuum booster, but
expensive. But with 33 inch tires, I now lock 'em up.
If you do just the fronts, be sure install a proportioning valve.
