RANDYS RING AND PINION 8 3/4 GEAR NOISE

Hi all,

I purchased a complete clutch posi, 3.55  8 3/4 unit from Randys Ring and pinion.
Very unhappy with the product and they dont seem to care. The ring gear is
very noisy from 1800 rpm up. I pulled the unit back out and it looks good.
Rears and gears are not my specialty.   

oil     80-90 wgt
posi additive


Any ideas???
