Bill, Thanks for the "heads up". As one whom has spent about $25,000 on Ebay, over the past 3 years, I have run into a half dozen, or so, crooked sellers. In almost every case, Ebay has done nothing to rectify the issue, nor removed the seller. Ebay prefers to hide behind the "Caveat Emptor" creed, with the result that I buy far less on Ebay than I used to. Perhaps, Ebay should switch to a system, whereby, the winning bidder pays half, or all, of the listing cost. Ebay would then be more concerned about losing buyers over bad deals. I'd gladly pay the listing cost on a purchase of $1,000 or more, if it meant that Ebay would be more responsible to the buyer. Fortunately, the vast majority of Ebay sellers are relatively honest, in my experiences.
