Horn Ring Repair

Not sure if this got through the first time so here goes again...

Does anyone know of a place that will re-rivet the plate back on the
horn ring for my Coronet? The chrome is great and the replacements
although cheap and relatively plentiful, look like crap compared to
the one I have. I bought another one to use in the mean time but I'd
like to get my original fixed.
