I'm not certain but I thought the bolt pattern on the backing plates was 
different between B and C body. Some quick measurements will clear that up. 
The C-bodies use two big bolts at the bottom which go through the spindle 
and the ball joint and two smaller bolts at the top. That said, I know I 
took mine off without unloading the torsion bars when I did my front disc 
swap about 7 years ago, so things are a little fuzzy as to what actually 
holds what on.
Anyway, pull the drums and compare bolt patterns to determine if they'll 
work.
