George, my prop valve is from Master Power Brakes, and it is 
outstanding.  It stops great, and I don't believe I've ever locked up a 
wheel.  It is really a combination, proportioning/residual valve.  I 
have front disc brakes.

Call them and ask them for a catalog.  It has a wealth of knowledge 
about brakes and how they work, especially pertaining to the various 
prop valves.
