64-65, etc Console Plate

Metro is producing a 4 Speed console plate and list it on E-Bay 
(360040113602) for $299 starting bid.  I know it fits the 64-65 
B-Bodies.  Does it fit the 62-63 also?

QUESTION:  Would you buy a reproduction automatic console plate for say 
$300 for your car?  They told me that the tooling is $20,000 and the 
production is abut $50 each.  He asked if I thought they could sell a 
100 units.  I'd think that's a slam dunk. I think the demand for the 
automatic plate would be much greater than the 4 speed units they've 
already built.
