While all that is true it is no fun. it is very interesting expermenting with such things. foir istance why do some AFBs not have that air valve and some do? Is it possible t make one run without it. is t practical. What happens if ? etc etc. I find that interesting and often learn hge amounts form experiments like this that helped me understand how to make it all work better. Just thinking about such things is exciting for me. I would rather spenda week of frustrating experimenting even if it was unsuccessful that spend a moment wondering what would happen if. My Dad the engineer to his credit used to tell me "well one thing we know for sure is this . If you dont try it you wont ever know. mabe i over learned it. Anyway I would be the last to discourage anyone from experimenting. And then there is the big question What if it worked ? Anyway. While i agree with Johns discussion I would if i am honest still have to explore this (and have) I found it very interesting. Have run 25 cams in BB mopar now. Even the bad ones were worth the effort i thought just for an example.
