This is an easy one.  I'd use an Edelbrock Performer dual plane.  My 
friend has one, and it has the smaller intake ports that match up to the 
318's ports.  Be careful when looking at LA aftermarket intake 
manifolds, as most use the much larger 340/360 port size.
