Re: Steering wheel

I have never seen them reproduced. There are guys that repair the wheels to look like new. $300 - 600 range.

I've got a bunch of driver cores and two spoked rings if you want to get one to redo. There is an optional "deluxe" ring which is a full circle with a horn button.

My two '65s have the best steering wheel I could find and then a leather cover over the wheel. Makes it a lot easier on those 300 mile drives to Carlisle and saves a ton of money for a restoration. However, even those tend to have a crack near the base - very common problem.

I know this is probably wishfull thinking but does anyone know where I can get a steering wheel and horn ring for my 65 Bel? Original or reproduced. I got the car with a cheapo aftermarket wheel so I don't have an original to repair.
