Bill,
I believe the person who up the sheet used circles to make sure
whoever was building the car could see what options were on it(used
circles instead of check marks or x's) I'm seen them all different
ways.....
Color of the numbers, maybe the person and or machine ran out of
black ink and the default setting on the typewritter was red,
lol...they may have all been red and over time they faded to black???
