Hi Tom, I probably misunderstood you, the windshield clips stay on and as Dave Orr pointed out the body side molding clips will come with the trim as they are unbolted. I will send you a photo of the tool I use for the windshield molding and as Dave mentioned you can use putty knives to ease the removal of the body trim. I apologize for any confusion here.
