Re: Pentastar emblem

Passenger side only, and all '65s should have one. I want to say that started in '63 but I really don't know.

Subject: Pentastar emblem

Hi all, I need some info that I know someone out there has. My 65 Bel
is in the body shop and there is a emblem hole on the lower front fender
that can only be seen from the back side. It is behind the front tire
opening where i would expect to see the Pentastar emblem. Both fenders
have this hole. Wasn't the emblem only on the passanger side and what
year did it start showing up? I've seen pictures of some cars without
one at all but I have a sales brochure from 65 that has detailed
drawings and show it only on the passanger side. I'm confused. My car
did not have one when I got it. Any advise.
