The radiator guy here will clean, repair, install a drain plug and put 
in a protective coating in the tank. It's about in the $150 range I 
think. As long as the tank is sound I think that's better than new. I'd 
probably have him add the drain and coat a new one anyway. But I see 
them listed new for about $189 often.
