The chance that someone would have a restored instrument cluster for your 
car is probably pretty slim.  I think your best bet would be to buy another 
cluster and send it out to one of the vendors who specialize in that.  A 
list member might have an extra cluster and could send it to the vendor for 
you, saving some money on shipping it to OZ then you back to the states.
