Jim Kramer had some patch panels in his catalog.

At one time most or all the repair panels were made by one company in Canada & assorted vendors distributed them. Not sure of the current situation. There are other metal vendors on http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/restore2003.html
in the "Body-Sheet Metal" section.
