When you meet the right one she will accept your hobby and you will not notice that your focus has shifted slightly. She will bring a sense of spit and polish (Oh i could tell a great drag racing story here but i wont. It was a ig error i made but it is not politically correct anymore to tell it even though itis 100% true.)  Usualy she will show up just when you think it wont ever happen. 
I am not sorry ever. I would have zip otherwise because i needed someone to stabilize me so to speak. it is a full time job you know!
I did my first 426 hemi on the picnic table. She said nothing although I am sure now that she wanted to.
