Steering coupler kit for 63 Sport Fury

Hi guys.

I just liberated a 63 Sport Fury from California (to Australia) and am
chasing up a few parts that need replacing.

 

I'm having problems finding a steering coupler rebuild kit, and the rubber
bush that goes on the end of the steering tube. Can anyone recommend a
supplier for these (or have one they want to sell).
