413 head swap

Is the bore on a 413 too small for the larger exhaust valve on later 
heads?  I'm pretty sure it won't hit, but will it be close enough to the 
bore that I'd have to unshroud the bore?  Also, how much will my 10.10-1 
factory compression drop if I switch to open-chamber heads?
