63 hemi

What u talkin about Willis?!!! I did that once myself
The year was 1971, I had a 2dr post 63 Dodge half built. I had a 64 Dodge white wagon with a mild bult street 383 (Pop Hotrodding letters from readers about July or August)I was 21 years old just married and earning about $3.55 per hour. A fellow came into the shop where I worked and asked if i would sell him the 383 from my wagon. What do you have to offer I asked. he said I have a 426 hemi with a bad crank but I have it all , mounts air cleaner and all. I went to see it . it was sitting on the ground with the pan off but was all there. I did the deal and rebuilt it with 12 to 1s anda street cam at first and yes I plunked it into the 63 Dodge using the slant six K member and fabing a oval tube for the pass side mount. I eventually turned it into a race car and even had rack and pinion steering on it. You can see it on my old Symaptico website under DOnDulmaGE.
Yeah it was not correct but it was a whole lot more engine and car then I ever thought I would have back then. Engine swap by the way took less than a day.
