You know, my memory 'aint what it used to be. I'm not sure about the foam, but I believe they did re-foam it. As far as the cover goes I believe they do some kind of vacuum shrink/seal application. As far as the color goes, mine was cracked, faded and discolored so the returned product looked " perfect ". And it was the dashpad that I sent them. They have a website, just do a Google on "Just Dashes ". Have a 1-800 no. also. Good luck.
