What a load of hooie!  Someone should tell him Chrysler Historical has the
build record for his car for $45.00.   And if he does not get a copy, the
buyer of his vehicle does just might.  And the buyer is not going to be too
happy when he/she finds out the car is bogus.  And as for "numbers
matching" - on a 1963 - impossible!
