Summit's free shipping isn't for everything though. They'll charge you freight for anything that requires it (including rims).

Leslie, I may be wrong on this, but I believe Summit has a standard handling fee of around 11 or 12 bucks, with free shipping on just about anything, be it $1 or $8,000. That's the way they used to be, but it's been awhile since I ordered from them. Further, they don't try to hide this--but I can't quite remember. I do know they will tell you of this practice instantly if you ask them.
