Thanks Bill & Jim I didnt realise the dimmer switch was part of the headlamp switch, but I suppose it would be as they're both controlled from the same knob. Just hadnt given it any thought until now. Doh! As that part # is also used on later models, I may be able to get it over here without too much trouble - it's the earlier cars that I struggle trying to find part for.
