Making stainless brake lines is no problem as long as the material you're
using has a thin enough wall. Otherwise you will catch hell trying to flare
them. The stuff that comes in the line kits is thin enough to double flare
with the common kits out there. Also, be sure you use double flares on brake
lines. ALWAYS.
Anyway, isn't a 62 Dart a B-body? Why don't you just get a B-body line kit
if you don't want to make them yourself?
