Can a max wedge be streetable

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. 
Mike I live next door in Ontario and have a street only max wedge 426 stage 3 . it drives fine on the street with 391 gears and 285 75 R  15 tires . The only time it is not fun is heavy in town bumber to bumper traffic.  dissapointing low end performance.?  NO! gobs of torque. good road manners . it is only dissapointing to the guy beside you at the stop light. 
With moderen converters and a careful choice of cam and compresion ratio and a good ste reet tuning regardling carb and ingition curve it makes a very driveable car. Mine has no power steering or brakes so the  vaccum thing is irrelevant to me but as i age the manual steeering is getting harder to park in town.  call me if you want.
