No, but that's the beauty of it.  If you are cruising without stopping, 
you won't need the fan, as the air passing through the radiator will 
handle things.  If, however, you need to apply the brake, you will be 
going slower where it will make a difference.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
