RE: Replacing Open with Sure-grip

No problem Earl, I didn't want to offend you either. I know a lot of
guys that have been ok with the green bearings but none of them seem to
put on the road miles that I do. My friend had a green bearing fail on
his 68 Charger RT last year but they were in the car when he got it so
we don't know how many miles were on it. It just seems to me that a
roller bearing should hold up better than a ball bearing and I hardly
ever have to change a center section and it only takes me a few minutes
to adjust the bearings. I know what you mean about working for some and
not others. I know a lot of guys swear by Holley carbs but I've never
had a Holley that didn't give me problems. (I probably just started a
new debate with that one. LOL)

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
