RE: 1965 whitewall tires?

Thanks!

Coker tires sold a friend of a friend some tires that have 2 3/8" white
walls. Their claim is that 2 3/8" is correct for a 1965.

That width seems too wide to me, based on memory and based on pictures
of 1965's in the original ads from Chrysler.

>From another perspective, anyone know what was the last year Mopar
shipped cars with the wide whitewalls I associate with the 50's cars?

Thanks,
Gary H.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
