Just so you know.... a little washing out of your copy and some copying and he'll have a title just like yours, except in his name. I worked a group that was copying Manufacturers Statement of Origins (MSO's) They were stealing brand new Ford F150's and they stole some loan apps from the dealer. Filled everything out and played stupid at a title company. They were all driving new trucks and all had new boats to boot. Their screw up was they started selling stuff and it was caught in the retitling. They were so good at it, I thought about it.... ;-) Maybe this guy has his eye on a car like yours in his area and he needs the paperwork before he steals it and sells it to someone else.
