Jeff...Is there some way to "write" on a photocopy of the title ,declaring that 
its just a sample, or "void" or something to that effect and that the original 
will be turned over at the time of sale? I guess what I'm saying is, some kind 
of "watermark"?

I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
