I think that is a scam. Likely he can take the bill of sale and get a new title for the car without ever paying for it. He can then go pick up "his" car at anythime with a trailer and you are out the car since he will have a bill of sale that says you no longer own the car. Cash is also a bit odd in these times. A certified cheque is safer for you. Well, that is one man's opinion. K.
