An exausting situation

I ordered a Racer Brown SSH-44 cam last week, and he was  disappointed in the 
fact that I told him I was planning on running a set of max  wedge cast 
exhaust manifolds, according to him they do not flow much more than  the late 60's 
stock hp ones, so I have been doing some questioning of my final  plans.  
First of all does anyone have any info on an engine that was  dynoed with a set of 
max wedge, and also tried with a set of after market  headers, and secondly 
who is running what for aftermarket headers in their  b-body, and how do they 
like their performance and  looks..........................thanks   dodger
