Some of the common problems I've observed from the various Mopar sites include: Shipping incomplete kits,parts back ordered for months,failure to honor their warranty,"improving/correcting" defective parts in their kits and then charging you for the upgraded parts,poor tech support,hacking up your tranny tunnel,shift handle vibration,long turnaround time to fab your driveshaft.I'm sure there are some others I've forgotten,but you get the idea.
