Yes, quality reground cams are fine with Polys because of the adjustable valve train. Your cam specs are good for a stock 2bbl. Poly 318 engine. A good 4bbl. performance grind would be around 220-224 @ .050 and around 260-280 advertised duration and .450-.480" lift.
