You might try a local printer for making the calender, other than Kinko's and Office Max. You might even be able to have Apple print them from the Apple website, since they were made on a Mac program. I know I could have had one printed through the iPhoto program for $20. I had a local printer make 30 calenders for our local club today at $9.75 each, spiral wound and hole punched. She'll have them for me at the end of the next week, right before I go in for surgery.
