Re: moving a car with no rear axle

With all your spare parts, why couldn't you put an axle under it to move it? Assuming the springs are still there, should be relately easy.

Subject: moving a car with no rear axle

I found a car I can have super cheap if i can figure out how to move it.
The front wheels are on it and have good tires but the rear end is
missing an axle so i need to figure out how to lift up the rear and put
some sort of a temporary "cart" under it that would let me roll it
about fifteen feet to where i could drag it up on a rollback.
any body ever had to do something like this before.?
