Transgo kit

Just received my Transgo Stage 2 shift kit for my 727.
The advertisement to buy said "easy to follow video
instructions...anybody can do it", etc.  The first
sentence in the PRINTED (no video)instructions (which
look to be fairly easy to follow/understand) says,
"this is not a ""do it yourself"" kit. It is for the
experienced, professional trans mechanic only."

I ain't professional or experienced...

So ....Do I tear into this bad boy or not ? My Mech
skills are fairly high...but I've never done an auto
trans . Opinions ?
