At one time, Griffin made replacement radiators that actually looked very  
similar to the stock radiators.  The tanks looked factory (minus the  part 
numbers) and you could use factory type hose.  Not sure about now  though.  Or how 
good the quality is.  I've had mine for about six  years so far and it's been 
doing pretty good.  
 
The only real issue I had with mine were the mounting brackets.  The  ones 
from Griffin were just 90 degree type sheetmetal brackets and didn't really  fit 
all that well.  I had the mounting brackets from my old radiator  soldered on 
and that problem was fixed.  
 
Might be worth a look.....
