As soon as you can send them, but I'm just working out the kinks on it
now. The pictures are real easy to change. As long as I can get the
calender file to the printer in November and mail them by December.
The better the picture quality, the better the calender will look.  I
can have them printed and bound through Apple for $19.99 but last year
I found a local printer that would print and bound them for around $8.
