I noticed in an old post on multi carb tuning that Don D mentioned the
importance of both carbs being open together the same amount. I wonder
if he meant they needed to be a solid linkage? I am currently using a
solid linkage on my dual quads but I have intended to convert to
progressive later. I really don't care that much about economy I was
just thinking the engine might like the more gradual increase of gas
with still the final wide open throttle occuring. It seems this "ramping
up" might be more even and allow the car to sorta catch up to whats
happening. Especially since I don't have the right gear ratio yet. (Got
the 2:76's still.)
Whaddya think?
