I have been trying to contact "Demon Sizzler's ThermoQuad Connection" which is listed on the 62-65 vendor page as they have "calibration kits" listed for $44. I have called and emailed with no response. I have a second call in and will also send a second e-mail. It's a frustration with our hobby that so many of the vendors have such poor service. If I provided that kind of service to my customers I'd soon be sitting twiddling my thumbs. I know that for some of them it's only a sideline. And then there are those who are busy during the summer show season. But come on, how about a little good old fashioned customer service. Paul L.
