Try the Tag Drx.  Go to his website, _www.tagdr.com_ (http://www.tagdr.com) . 
 He did my plates and did a  very good job and is pretty reasonable and fast. 
 They'll email you  pictures of your plates stripped and before he sends them 
back completed, he'll  email you pictures again.  Very good service and 
communication.
 
The other company is Darryl's in Pennsylvania.  They're very good, but  
pretty expensive and takes quite awhile to get plates done, i.e. 2-3  months.
 
Both companies will duplicate a plate for you in plastic, but from what I  
understand, you can't tell they're not metal.
