Not aware of anyone reproducing plates, I never had a problem finding YOM
plates
for my cars. Particuarily since this isn't a Mopar only item.
Here's a number for a guy in Illinois that might be able to help.

Subject: Reproduction original style license plates
Anyone know of a company that will reproduce antique plates for historical
vehicles? In Ohio you can run a plate of the original year of your car, if
you are registered for a historic plate. The plate you run has to be
unused by anyone else. Rather than search the swap meets for the perfect
plate, I'd like to have one made. Is there a company doing this? Needs
to be metal and embosed, not plastic with vinyl letters.
